The American-made Rugged WaveCrest(TM) Polyester Outdoor Flag is the number one choice for commercial customers needing the very best performing flag. Two-ply polyester is our most durable American Flag fabric, providing strength, quality and value you can depend on. Best choice for 24-hour display. Due to fabric weight WaveCrest(TM) flags are not suitable for house mounted flagpoles. 

Fully sewn construction

Headings

• Polyester canvas heading: all sizes 6'x10' and smaller
• Sizes 8'x12' - 30'x60': Heavy duty polyester webbed heading with strong metal D-rings. 

Grommets & D-rings

• Sizes 3'x5' - 6'x10':  solid brass grommet in each hoist end corner
• Size 8'x12': 2 chrome D-rings: one positioned in upper hoist end corner and one positioned in lower hoist end corner.
• Sizes 10'x15', 10'x19' and 12'x18': quantity (1) solid brass grommet centered in heading and 2 chrome D-rings -  one positioned in upper hoist end corner and one positioned in lower hoist end corner.
• Sizes 15'x25', 20'x30' and 20'x38': quantity (3) solid brass grommets in  heading and 2 chrome D-rings - one positioned in upper hoist end corner and one positioned in lower hoist end corner. 
• Sizes 30'x50' and 30'x60': (2) metal D-rings & quantity (7) solid brass grommets in  heading and 2 chrome  D-rings - one positioned in upper hoist end corner and one positioned in lower hoist end corner

Seams and hems

• Seams: 2-needle stitched lapped-seamed stripes throughout
• Top and bottom fly length hems: two rows lock-stitching through 3/8"double fold
• Fly End: 4 rows lock-stitching through 1" double fold with back-stitched corner ends: all sizes 6'x10' and smaller
• Fly end: 6 rows lock-stitching through 1-1/2" double fold with back-stitched corner ends: sizes 8'x12' and larger
