Flags in Oklahoma Ordered to Half-staff: May 20, 2012
Mary Fallin, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, has directed all American and Oklahoma flags on State property be displayed at 1/2-staff from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 to honor Lt. Tobias C. Alexander, an Oklahoma soldier, who died on May 20, 2012 while on active duty supporting Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.
