By Order of the Governor of Oklahoma: Flags at half-staff on September 28, 2012
Mary Fallin, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, has directed all American and Oklahoma flags on State property be displayed at 1/2-staff from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 28, 2012 to honor Private First Class Jon R. Townsend, an Oklahoma soldier, who died on September 16, 2012 while on active duty supporting Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.
