Presidential Proclamation – Honoring the Victims of the Tragedy in Aurora, Colorado
July 20, 2012 - President Obama has issued a proclamation ordering the immediate lowering of flags on all public buildings and grounds to half-staff until sunset on Wednesday, July 25, to honor the victims of the Aurora, Colorado shooting.
