 Headings

• Sizes: 12"x18"- 2-1/2'x4' polyester canvas heading
• Sizes: 3'x5'- 6'x10': polyester canvas heading
• Size 8'x12'and larger: heavy duty polyester canvas heading with strong nylon rope sewn inside for extra strength. Galvanized metal thimbles protect rope ends.

Grommets 

• Sizes: 12"x18"-2'x3': #1 flat brass grommet in each hoist end corner
• Sizes: 2-1/2'x4' -6'x10': #2 solid brass rolled rimspurred grommet in each hoist end corner
• Large flags require additional grommet(s) in the roped heading for extra control during display
• 10'x15' - 12'x18': one grommet centered vertically in roped heading
• 15'x25' - 20'x38': 3 grommets evenly spaced in roped heading
• 30'x50' - 30'x60': 5 grommets evenly spaced in roped heading

Star fields

• Sizes 12"x18" - 12'x18': embroidered stars
• Sizes 15'x25' and larger: appliquéd stars

Seams and hems

• Seams: 2-needle lock-stitched lapped-seams throughout
• Top and bottom fly length hems: two rows lock-stitchingthrough 3/8"double fold
• Sizes 12"x18" - 6'x10' fly end hem: four rows lock-stitching through 1" double fold with back-stitched corner ends
• Sizes 8'x12'- 30'x60' fly end hem: 6 rows lock-stitching through 1-1/2" double fold with back-stitched corner ends

Size 10'x15' and larger flags constructed with additional reinforcements for utmost durability

• 10'x15'-30'X60': reinforcement patches at hoist end corners, 2" back-stitched sewing on each fly end stripe and 18" zigzag support stitching on top and bottom fly length hem
• 15'x25'-30'x60': corner patches at fly end corners with zigzag support stitching, 2" back- stitched sewing on each fly end stripe
